I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Pickens, SC) in Jan 2013
Interview
Very easy. At a hiring center for a new store. I applied online and was called that afternoon for an interview the next day. I waited about 15 minutes and was interviewed by an extremely nice gentleman. He asked me 5 questions - situational types: name a time you did something to make your job easier; name a time when you had to complete a project. Stuff like that. I was hired immediately. I had to go do a drug test and was called two days later to set up orientation.

Question 1
Really no difficult questions. The answers could come from any aspect of life - not just prior jobs.

Interview process was awesome. But next time they should consider to add more panelists at the interview table. I was interviewed by only two panelists which i think they did not ask question exhaustively.
