I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Dover, DE) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was told that they don't do traditional interviews anymore (not sure if it's because of COVID or not), so instead I was just shown around and was told what I would be doing in the job. I was asked to verify my SSN and email address. I was told to check my email when I had the time, because there were forms that they emailed me that I had to fill out online before I could get hired. Because I'm a minor, I was given a minor consent form to fill out (on paper) for a parent and myself to sign. I turned in the minor consent form 2 days later (I was busy the day after the "interview") and was called the next day to start orientation the day after that.
it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.

Why are you interested in working with the company.
the process overall was very easy. They asked simple questions and I was able to get the job immediately. The questions were simple and common sense type questions. Was not difficult
