The hiring process was a joke and is still a joke. There are a standard five questions that are asked and you have to go through 2 processes. The first interview is through a supervisor and the second a manager. The same questions are asked during both interviews and the rating system is ridiculous. No matter what they do not look at your experience in great detail. The starting pay rate is horrible.

the interview process started at the beginning of the week and i had three interviews with the company for the supervisor position. They all went pretty well and am waiting to hear back from Walmart.

What are your strengths that will let you succeed in this role?
Quick and to the point actually just asked 2 questions met a few people that were leading that morning and were guided throughout the store to where I would be working than had to do my background
It was a good interview very straight forward and normal. They asked for my experience and challenges i have faced in the past of my life. They also wanted to know how I dealt with adversity
