I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
The interview process was quick and efficient, just 2 interviews, one of which was offline. I was pretty comfortable with the interviewers and they asked alot of good questions. Make sure to have questions planned for them as employers value demonstrated interest.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1) a take-home coding problem
2) in-person 45-min DS/algorithms question
You solve an online question first that is pretty easy, then they will email you if you passed, Next one is over Zoom they ask a few questions about your resume, then give you the interview question. Pretty straight forward nothing crazy.
No Interview, only written test.
