It was a long time. I had to take a drug test. I was interview by two different people.they ask me a lot of questions. And they told me what they expected out of me and what walmart wants.but overall it was just like any other interview
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Very simple, in person one-on-one with a manager. Told me about Walmart and the role and asked if I was interested. Little to no questions and was over quite fast.
