Interview
It is a behavioral interview. They ask five questions that require you to describe a previous action taken at work. There are two interview rounds with managers, same questions. Answers are rated on a 1-5 scale. Usually the more detail, the better.
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Very simple, in person one-on-one with a manager. Told me about Walmart and the role and asked if I was interested. Little to no questions and was over quite fast.
