I was called by the hiring manager for a brief phone interview and to schedule an in-person interview.
When I arrived, I was taken into an office with several other people and given an overview of the company as well as the available positions. We signed our job offers, completed our I-9 paperwork, and received forms to complete our drug tests.

I was only asked questions during a phone interview, such as how I would deal with an upset customer and my availability.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

Describe a time when you were working with someone who was frequently making mistakes?
1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
