I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a Walmart recruiter, who setup an video interview. Walmart postponed the first interview for a few days because some of the people could not make the time set forth. The interview was with 3 Walmart representatives. They asked basic questions about how I had handled certain situations in the past.

Question 1
The questions were about how I would handle the situations they asked about from my past experience. There was one question that I was not sure how to answer. It was an ethics question. They asked this: "The company you work for has a policy that employees are not allowed to accept gifts. One of your company's clients is throwing a party and you are invited. What do you do?
The process included a screening, a conversation with the hiring manager, and then a series of other interviews. The call with the recruiter wasn't great.
I was asked to present myself and after I finished, they said that one of my talking points was particularly interesting. The only problem was that I never talked about that. The recruiter was on their phone and I could hear them texting on iMessage.
After a lengthy process, I received an automated rejection email.
Great process and prompt reponse even if i didnt get the job it was a good time and experience to be a part of all things considering. Will try to be in there again
I have only have a phone screener and it was a 15 minute call asking about my experience and expectations of the job. It was a very easy call but now waiting to hear if I am selected for an interview person interview.
