It’s usually all online very easy process. They will send you a orientation in a week and you are basically hired once background checks get completed. Orientation is like an hour or two long meeting with People Lead and new hires.

Very easy and straight to the point. Question about previous experience related to the role, or situations where you’ve had to multitask or under slight stress etc… What kind of hours you would like to work all that good stuff.
Pretty simple interview with basic questions. I Applied online and then received a call to schedule an interview and was hired within three days. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, problem solving, ability to perform the job, and customer service experience.

Very easy, they brought me to their office and just asked me pretty typical interview questions. After the interview was done, I got the job offer and accepted. After I accepted, I then got a tour of the department I applied for.
