Responded to notice on library bulletin board for new neighborhood market opening in January in community. Applied in person at hiring center. Completed application on computer and assessment . Scheduled interview for two days later which was very easy going and great conversation. Scheduled follow up with store manager for following week. Easy interview questions . Job offered and accepted, entire process one week.

Tell me a time you provided great customer service.
Easy and quick. They ask you why you want to work there and everything else is getting your schedule together. You tell them what hours and days and they tell you what they are thinking and what shifts are available
Interview process was awesome. But next time they should consider to add more panelists at the interview table. I was interviewed by only two panelists which i think they did not ask question exhaustively.
