Phone Interview then you receive notice on acceptance and admission into the course for management. You will fly to Dallas Texas for a 4 week course to learn the Walmart culture and how it is suppose to operate

Q Describe a time you faced a difficult scenario and what the outcome was? How you go to the outcome? What resources you used to obtain that outcome?
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
