Interview
Basic customer service questions, none of the questions were directly in regards to asset protection experience. I did expect more questions in regards to handling uneasy or non compliant "customers" not physically but overall reaction based questions. The interview questions seemed more like customer based questions rather than investigation, apprehension based questions.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

Describe a time when you were working with someone who was frequently making mistakes?
1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
