After getting your licenses with one of their programs they ask you basic interview questions. Nothing high level. Their questions are usually framed for STAR formatting so as long as you have 3-4 scenarios in mind you will get an offer.

Difficult for a customer service role with star based questions and scenarios that are vague at best and rarely translatable to any relevant work experience. In short if you're a good bs-er you may get an offer as is the case with most behavioral based interview questions.
