Interview
Had a phone interview and then a super day in Charlotte. Interviewed with 5 or 6 people, each testing on something different. There was one doing brainteasers one testing market knowledge and a couple asking basic questions. Before the interviews there was a cocktail hour and a dinner with some of the people working there. They put all the people interviewing up in a hotel the night before the super day.
I had an initial phone interview then a superday in the Charlotte office. The interview consisted of both technical and behavioral questions. I received my offer within 24hrs of the superday.

Very organized, first round phone call interview, superday zoom interview with 2 employees, mostly behavioral questions not many technical questions. Very nice team and work culture. Although, I did not get an offer I appreciate that they told me 24 hours after the interview and not weeks or months later like other firms.
