Interview
I interviewed for the Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program, it was the first year they implemented this program. The process consisted of sending in an application, joining a spotlight call, writing an essay about what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion means to us, and then a two hiring summit in Charlotte. The first day consisted of panels, and the second day was 2 30 minute interviews.

Interview
The process consisted of two rounds of interviews. The first was a HireVue and the second round was with two team members. Overall, process took about 1 month from applying to the position to receiving an offer.

Interview
Was fairly relaxed, and behavioral. Did not focus on any technical questions seemed to press a lot about future goals and culture fit. Also why Wells Fargo in specific. Took overall about 2 weeks and was not that hard of a process in my opinion had a good experience.

Invite to go to a seminar about the internship, with a chance at the opportunity of a one way interview. After a couple weeks, they send out if you get an invite to a super day. Super day is 15-30 min interview, pretty basic questions
