Situation Task Action Result (STAR) format is utilized for all interviews at Wels Fargo. Some examples of the questions include: Tell me about a time when you XYZ. What were the results? etc. The initial question included "Tell me about yourself."

Tell about a time when you had to provide credible challenge?
STAR model interview style, situational questions, you'll want to name a specific instance, what actions you took and the result. Usually between 5-10 questions.
Typically you would have a conversation with a recruiter to go over your experience. If they think you're a good fit they will recommend you for an interview. then an interview with manager and maybe a couple of peers, sometimes a second round interview sometimes not.
