Wells Fargo Loan Processor interview questions

An hour long with time at the end for questions. Overall a very typical interview. Example question would be Give an example of where you had to resolve a customer issue. What steps did you take to complete this and ensure the customer was satisfied?

Great interview with recruiter! Nice lady, was very sociable, friendly, open and oriented towards candidate! Interview is very easy to schedule, they have scheduling program with different times and days. Call was write on schedule. Feed back was as promised! All the question were on previous similar experiences and examples of situations on similar positions! Unfortunately due to covid they had yo stop the hiring process. But i was called they apologized and invited to reapply after pandemic.
