Interview
3 ROUNDS= GD(prepare one topic by self) | |Technical PI(Persons technical Background not much technical questions) || HR(Normal questions not to be worried about.)
Advice : They are testing your english in every round but what they are indirectly want is also a person with good technical knowledge.
If you proved that you are good in english will not be enough for it cz there were many with me as well who were very good in communication then me.
They want a guy with english as well as strong technical background(i.e. with good basic computer knowlege)
so what is the advice?
a : try to explain your answers by adding a flavour of technicality.

Question 1
1. Prepare a topic on anything and say it (just to check your fluency and accent)
2.PI : Tell me something about yourself?
3.PI : Why you want to join company?
4.PI : Tell me something about company what you feel(not the wikipedia stuff)?
5.PI : How was your college life?
6.PI : what are your hobbies?
7.HR : Tell me something about yourself?
8.HR : what you were doing in this gap? (Be Honest dont even think of lying)

Interview
The first round was conducted in group in a well occupied room. There were around 30-40 candidates and a HR. They asked to speak on any topic of our choice and the time limit was 1 minute to each candidate.
Recuerdo el proceso tomo al rededor de 2 semanas para la contratación. Entre por teléfono y la visita al site. Me refirieron . Supongo que eso hizo que el proceso fuera mas rápido
It was easy and a simple process. There were 3 rounds of interview process. First one was a basic hr round and the 2nd one was communication round and the 3rd one was technical round
