I recently had an interview with Wipro for the Software Engineer Flutter position. Despite the initial excitement about the role, I found the interviewer's demeanor to be disengaged and unprofessional. The interview started without any greeting, and there was minimal effort to establish a rapport. After about 30 minutes, I was abruptly informed that I was not suitable for the position. While I understand that not every interview can result in a positive outcome, I believe that basic courtesy and respect should be maintained throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience left me with a negative impression of the company's interviewing practices. If possible never say yes for interview at evening time especially after 19:00.
