They did not clear us in the start that they were not hiring B.Tech Graduates for management trainees. I had went through referral, even then they did not even take my interview and kicked me out before the first round. I had been working in marketing and related fields for last 4 years and i went for that interview at 2 year experience to get the corporate culture and work feel.
