I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA)
Interview
Overall, it was a strange experience. Process started a call with the Recruiter followed by Hiring manager phone screening and then a 5 panel interview at workday HQ. Recruiter was present all the way for 3 hrs during the panel interview. Little strange, I felt like this was a training session for the recruiter who is new helping to this department.
Qs were all behavioral , asking about real-time project scenarios and how I handled each of those.none technical. I did well, I believe (of course, this is my side of the story).
After couple of days, recruiter called to let me know that it was a no and with no feedback on how things went. Overall, I felt like this was kind of a live training to the recruiter on how to screen the future candidates. To me , it was a waste of time and money as I lost a day worth of billing with my client.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Workday (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online through their careers portal and was contacted by recruiter for a phone screening. I was asked to go through my resume and explain how my skills and experience match the job description. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with hiring manager and asked to do the same. 3 weeks later I was scheduled for 4 on-site interviews (one after another) with management team. All interviewees were respectful and patient but they kept asking same questions over and over again. No technical questions were asked. Recruiter never got back to me to provide an update.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Workday (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Went through a career fair, talked to one the managers, got offered an interview. Had a really long conversation with one of the hiring managers, which probably played into getting the interview. Very cheerful and happy to be talking about workday.
