The interview process at Workday was ideal! I have gone through the regular stages, which I found logical, the difficulty increased from one interview to another, but it all made sense.
I had an initial screening with the Workday recruiter, who made sure my CV was accurate, that my profile fits with the role and he also explained more about the job and the potential next stages. It took about 20 - 30 minutes and he told me on the spot I he was going to schedule the next call.
This was a 2 in 1 virtual interview and presentation with the manager of the team, who also told me right way I will have a call with her manager. Both this calls were focused on checking my skills and my fit with the role and team.
Last interview was face to face, in the London office, with the 3 managers of the team, and I had to prepare a training session based on a topic provided beforehand. Andy told me the second day I was successful and they are going to offer me the job.
I truly enjoyed the entire process. It was really nicely spaced out, I had about a week to prepare for each interview and the topic for the final discussion was very interesting and challenging, it required a serious amount of time to make it fun, interactive, impartial etc.
The Workday recruiter was superb, I was a bit worried at the beginning that I didn't go through an agency and I lacked that 'preparation', but Andy was great at reviewing my work before the calls, picking up the emails and answering any questions along the way.
The vetting was a bit painful, but that was an external company and I don't think it's ever easy.
The rest will hopefully become beautiful history :)
Straight forward, good pace, enough time to prep for other interviews, recruiter was constantly available for any questions.
