Several Zoom calls and a support test Starting with the recruiter and a manager Then a test Then a panel interview It was fairly straight forward but a lot of time between each step.

Interview
I interviewed with the hiring manager after my initial phone screen with a recruiter. After passing both interviews, I did three 30 zoom interviews with an analyst, another support manager and the director.
All interviews were very personable and relaxed. I felt at ease and comfortable each step of the way. I was offered the job the same week!

Interview
Quite a long process with about 10 individual interviews in total. A mix of some with technical questions but mostly trying to suss if you are a good fit for the culture. Every person I interviewed with came across as positive and enthusiastic. Good experience.
