I applied online. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I applied online and passed all the phone interviews. A week later called for onsite interviews.
This review mainly for HR and Hiring Managers to look into your hiring process since your company has HR Platform... Ironically
Your company is so proud of to be the best place to work and so do you about your core values and diversities! I guess you should be selective to hire the Smart and best people but the way your company conduct interviews are so bad and bully, interviewers asked crazy but not smartly questions. I applied for a quality assurance and was asked to design a Java Method to calculate probabilities. I am a coder in many languages but this type of question during an interview? I am not sure who can answer except Scientist and Math PHD. If I can code Java likes this, why would I apply for a QA engineer role? The worst part was the next interviewer saw what I was asked on White Board and curious why I was asked that question. Another interviewer asked me to spell out a very typical acronym on my resume, LOL
This was a worst interview I ever had and I have been in this field for a long time! This was setup to fail your candidates and waste everyone time.
