Workday Senior UI Developer interview questions

1-step, Recruiter called and explained the position, normal line of questioning. 2-step, Phone Interview with one developer. Phone rang... picked up. " I'm xyz. This is a phone screen, Here is the link to screen share in the email... ". No greeting, no resume discussion. Felt really uncomfortable since the call began. I would be seriously worried to join a team with a co-worker like that. Really unprofessional.
