Interview
A written test in the first round included essay writing and cognitive ability test. Moderately difficult. Post that there is an HR interview if the candidate is selected in the first round. Once all the stages are cleared there is a test for allocation of teams. There are multiple tests conducted post allocation to determine the level of teams to be assigned to the candidate.

Our's was a campus selection process. First there was a written test related to US mortgage , answers to which were in the same question paper (kind of paragraph test). This was followed by a personal interview the next day. Test was of two parts, one was like an aptitude test an another was of US mortgage related. Level of aptitude test was close to that of a PO exam, so take it a bit seriously.

All the questions in interview rounds are base on case study so read it thoroughly.
