Interview
First round would be aptitude, second round is case study and questions regarding this case study will be asked in final round too, third round would be HR and then Technical round.
First there was a online written test to check the grammar skills. Later an interview with one of the managers in the company. Interview was purely based on resume, past experience, communication skills and basic domain questions about knowledge of the Mortgage Industry. Interview is irrelevant to the team you get selected into once you are hired.
