Xcellance Medical Technologies Interview Questions

The interview consists of 3 rounds: 1. HR round - It is quite a simple round. They ask you about your educational and family background. 2. Technical round - Questions are asked related to medical devices and your engineering subjects. It depends upon the interviewee too. 3. Director round - Same basic questions related to your field.

1 st round aptitude 2 nd technical and selection interview 3 rd Full technical interview size require for fillet on hole 4 th solid work test 5 th management interview. Mostly they asked on aptitude test the asked about approach how I solved all questions and the basic concepts of mechanics and physics.

Well, the interviewer seemed to have good knowledge and experience in design background. With due respect I would like to give the following feedback: 1. Give respect to the candidates you're interviewing 2. Ask relevant technical questions (formulas can be googled, concepts are more important) since this is not an engineering viva 3. There's difference between skills and knowledge (I hope you guys know it) 4. If you really want to test the design skills or tool proficiency. Don't ask them to convert simple 2D drawings into 3D instead give them problem statement and ask how will they find its design solution. 5. We are not born with all knowledge (which can be learned with time) and if you have such expectations then please make sure that the proper range of salary is offered.

1st - easy apti on basic electronics, 2nd technical round where you need to have your basics academics strong and then PI with Director Sir. If you clear 1st two rounds then here you just need to show confidence that you will work well for 2 years.
