I had a same day loop with four different interviewers. The first interview consisted of a marketing case where I had to solve it in real time. The interviewer proceeded to interrupt me the entire time. The second interview with the hiring manager was pleasant; this was more of an unstructured case. Conversation was all over the place and I'm not even sure if he knew what he was asking me. Idk if he was trying to get gauge of my problem solving skills, but his questions sucked. Third interview would have been 10/10 if she didn't show up 30 minutes late to the 45 minute allotted time slot. Last interview was peer-level (speaking with someone in my current position). That one was great. Very kind, informative, and gave the inside scoop about working at ZS which made me feel better about how awful the interview was because turns out I wouldn't want to work for a place like that anyway. Oh and the recruiter told me she would "definitely get back to me by EOD or early the next week." I patiently waited and Thursday rolled around. I sent a follow-up email to which she responded saying something along the lines of "the team really likes you and your skillset and thinks you'd be a great addition, but we're going with someone with more years of experience." You saw my years of experience on my resume before you set the interview up so why put me through all of that? Awful experience.
