There were questions from data interpretation, quant, logical reasoning. Level was medium but due to time constraint it was made a bit hard.
Regular conversation 45 Min to 1 hour process regarding industry. cutting edge processes. tools and technical abilities. Interview process is slow paced but type of questions are difficult. Important to focus on soft skills, and build a rapport with the interviewee

Application screening One day long (6hours) long interview process, with three different stages. 1st was case interview, second was a general fit interview, 3rd was a very intense case interview.
