It was smooth and very quick. I have total 3 rounds of interview. Felt like a conversation and they were really helpful and transparent during the process. One is more about the technical and the other is about behavior. They also require a AI CodeSignal task as well before the interviews.

First up was the recruiter call. Pretty straight forward. They were basically just looking for competence.. then they pitched the position. Explanation the comp was slightly vague, but they provided a breakdown on average earnings of their MLOs. Second interview was an hour long. Two consecutive interviews, which were back-to-back. It was behavioral based and they each had 4-5 questions, which were framed to see how you would react. Overall, a pleasant experience and they answered all my questions.
