I had two interviews, the initial phone screen and a phone interview with the hiring manager. I haven't heard anything since the interviews which was over a month ago. I'm sure Zillow is a great place to work but they don't seem to value those people they choose not to hire. I appreciate them showing the true colors of their culture because I would rather work for a company that values any candidate, whether they are hired or not, and all the time and energy they put into the interview process.
