      Interview

The recruiters don’t know what they are looking for in a candidate. They will waste your time on multiple 45 min phone calls just to tell you that they are looking for someone with way more experience or they will just give you some random excuse. I was told that I didn’t get the job for one of the reasons that the recruiter previously said was one of my strengths. There seems to be no communication between the recruiters and people in the actual department. Recruiters are just reaching out to everyone out there on LinkedIn with no regard for the candidates time. If they reach out to you be cautious as they most likely as just trying to hit numbers.

As we continue to grow the organization and recruiting team, we welcome and appreciate all feedback. As we grow the business, the skillsets needed for these new opportunities do change quickly and we do our best to communicate that back the best we can. Having said that, I can say that we’re very intentional in who we reach out to and appreciate your interest in the role. If you’d like to connect to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to reach my at annie@zillowgroup.com. Thank you!
