I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
The recruiters were very courteous and thorough in their communication. Never any doubt about next steps, where you stand, or unprofessional ghosting. Although I didn't get the job, they left a very positive impression of a company that treats people well.
4 different sets of interviews. First with recruiter, 2nd with hiring manager, then 4 more interviews with various managers. Process was tedious with the amount of time speaking to them and then waiting weeks for an answer

I applied online. I interviewed at Zillow in Apr 2018
Interview
I thought the Interview Process was excellent, starting with 2 phone interviews. One with the recruiter and one with a memeber of the Leadership team. Then there was a group meeting with the Leadership Team. And I was blown away by the team's energy and enthusiasm to be successfull. And I thought to myself, this place would be great place to work. And then my experience Zillow went downhill. The reason why, its been over 3 months, and I never heard back from the recruiter. I have left messages and emails. I even called Zillow's Corporate Office and left a voicemial and no one returned my calls. I am just surporised, that I didn't get a letter, an email or a phone call stating that I didn't get the job or we are going in another direction. Any form of communication would have been both professional and the right thing to do. To be left in the dark, is a terrbile way for Zillow to conduct business. I hope you use this experience as a coaching moment to help you teams get better when not hiring people. Thanks for you time and I wish you coninuted success on your journey.
