Interview
Two stage process.
Stage 1 - telephone interview where I was asked to outline the role of a Business Analyst and their role within the PDLC.
Stage 2 - Face to face interview with SBA and Head of Finance and BI systems. I was asked numerous questions about my skillset, particularly around BA skills and stakeholder management techniques.
