I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at easyJet (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied online and didn't hear anything for 4 months. I was then invited for an assessment day in Belfast. The first half of the day is group work involving team working and problem solving skills. if you are successful at this stage you then get an interview in the afternoon. Its a one to one very casual interview asking about your CV and experiences you've had.
