      HRIS Administrator Interview

      18 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Luton, East of England, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England) in Nov 2013

      Interview

I felt that easyJet were keen to go above and beyond to be available for the candidates they really valued, I had my first interview in a Starbucks very close to my house as this was the only time that I could be available in that week!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There was a lot of focus on previous experience relevant to my role and also any inicidents of dealing with frustrating situations or difficult customers. I thought this was quite standard, however these things did feature heavily in my role!
