Assesment centre for Finance grad scheme, joint group work, presentations and then one on one interviews. Group asessment centre with graduates for all the different schemes that easyJet runs for graduates.

Why do you want to pursue a career in finance at easyJet?
Standard interview, expected to know about the role, responsiblities and reasonings for joining as well as values. Knowledge of easyJet may be useful. Make sure to interact with as many people as possible at the assessment centre as this can greatly improve your chances of success and an offer.

Why do you want to work here
Initial stage involves taking an e-tray exercise as well as psychometric tests. Upon successful completion of these, you are invited to a 1 day assessment centre at the Luton HQ.
Assessment day consisted of an initial presentation about easyJet and the company, two group exercises (one being of a practical nature such as making something out of paper, and the other exercise involving analysing financial information and making a decision), one presentation (again involves assessing financial information, and making a decision), and a competency based interview.
Feedback is given on the other hand regardless of the outcome which is a very good plus.

Question 1
The most difficult question asked was hard for me as I had effectively answered it in the previous question, and couldn't think of another example. While there was an attempt to turn the interview into less of an interrogation as with most competency interviews the questions were pre-planned.
