Instrumentation engineer interview questions shared by candidates
The technical and HR interview consisted of a panel of 7 people. Confidence was again tested majorly and basic knowledge in core subjects (Areas of interest ) Flowmeters and Control Valves knowledge is a must. Internship proved to be an added advantage as questions were posed based on that. ( I did my intern in BPCL and questions like • What were the instruments used and where was it located? • Why that particular instrument was used there? • the role of an instrumentation engineer in a refinery HR questions were like • Tell me about yourself • Why instrumentation? • Why Wabag? • What will be your contribution to Wabag as an instrumentation engineer? • What makes you unique? And so on.
Honesty in answering the questions and Confidence proved to be my key to getting the offer.
