A manufacturing and sale company in Pune is looking for a candidate for a position of the Business Administration Manager.
The successful candidate should have a technical education background and significant experience in management and executive work. The professional experience of the candidate will be examined during the interview.
The job will involve general administrative control of the office operation, management of the business activities of the company as well as building business contacts and future cooperation with main distributors of home security equipment, manufacturers and suppliers of electronic components and parts. The main task of the employee is to ensure the productive operation of the Company office on the everyday basis and fulfillment the tasks and assignment of the board of directors. The list of responsibilities of the future candidate includes, but not limited to the following tasks:
· To ensure recruitment, adaptation, training, and motivation of department staff.
· To supervise client work, including contract conclusion, deal support, and dispute resolution.
· To participate in negotiations with key clients and partners, concluding strategically important deals.
· To analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs, and make proposals to improve department operations.
· To ensure the achievement of the company’s financial goals through effective sales management.
· To prepare regular reports on department performance and present them to the directors of the Company.
· To take measures to improve efficiency and performance of the sales department and personal work.
· To maintain constant communication with the board of directors, responding to calls and messages.
· To control the timeliness and completeness of client payments.
· To control the use of the CRM and ensure data accuracy.
· To take measures to reduce accounts receivable.
· To develop plans for expanding the client base and entering new markets.
· To represent the company in negotiations, exhibitions, and other business events.
· To ensure the development and implementation of individual sales plans for department staff.
· To monitor deadlines and quality of client request processing, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations to clients.
· To ensure compliance with the company’s pricing policy in transactions and develop measures to increase average transaction size and customer loyalty.
· To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules by department staff.
· To represent the company’s interests in governmental and commercial structures.
· To be an assistant for company’s real estate, including arrangement of the cleaning and maintenance control, documentation, and bill payments.
· To carry out the tasks and instructions of the Employer, including urgent assignments (considering company growth and business), provided that they fall within the Employee’s position and are to be performed within established working hours.
· To observe the established schedule of working hours and working days.
Main requirements:
- Higher education and actual experience in similar work
- Fluent English
- Experience of working on a top-management position
- Experience in the personnel management
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Experience of working with solicitors and auditors
- Knowledge of customs rules and import taxation legislation and procedures
- Control and preparation of import/export shipping documentation
- Warehouse operation management
- Ability to conduct business negotiations with potential clients on behalf of the Company
Perks and Benefits
Salary estimation for probation period: INR 60 000 per month. The amount of the salary can be discussed with the candidate during the interview and depend on the professional level of the employee.
