Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Define and execute the university's long-term growth strategy to elevate its academic stature and institutional brand.
• Academic Governance: Chair the Academic Council and Board of Studies (BoS) to ensure high-quality curriculum design aligned with the NEP framework.
• Accreditation & Benchmarking: Spearhead institutional preparation for NAAC, NIRF, and other statutory regulatory bodies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to all guidelines laid down by UGC, BCI, PCI, and the State Government.
• Research & Alliances: Foster a robust culture of research, innovation, and global partnerships (MoUs) with industries and academia.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee financial sustainability, campus administration, and the recruitment of eminent faculty members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: An eminent scholar of high integrity, holding a Ph.D. degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Experience: As per UGC norms, a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Professor in a University system or a reputed research organization.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in a top-tier administrative role (e.g., Vice-Chancellor, Pro-VC, Director, or Dean) with demonstrated success in institutional governance.

Compensation:

• Salary: As per University norms and UGC scales (Highly negotiable for exceptionally qualified candidates).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
