Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of multiple clients across various industries.
• Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, etc.).
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
• Handle GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, notices, and departmental communications.
• Manage company, LLP, and other business registrations and related ROC compliances.
• Prepare tax computations, financial statements, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate directly with clients to collect information, resolve queries, and provide compliance support.
• Perform accounting review, bookkeeping supervision, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and other assurance assignments.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, ROC, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client records, compliance calendars, and work trackers.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should:

• Have 2+ years of experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, or tax consultancy.
• Be capable of independently handling multiple client assignments with minimal supervision.
• Have practical experience in GST return filing, Income Tax return filing, and business registrations.
• Possess good knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and related compliances.
• Be comfortable communicating directly with clients regarding compliance requirements.
• Have working knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and common government portals.
• Be able to manage deadlines and prioritize work effectively during peak filing periods.
• Have a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter / CA Final Candidate / Qualified CA
• CMA, CS, M.Com, B.Com, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification
• Experience handling ROC filings, company incorporation, LLP registrations, and annual compliances
• Experience using MCA, GST, Income Tax, and TRACES portals

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage client compliances, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely completion of GST, Income Tax, ROC, and accounting assignments in a fast-paced CA firm environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
