Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and creative ECCE Editor / Proofreader to join our content team. The ideal candidate will ensure all content is grammatically accurate, engaging, and educationally appropriate for young learners. This role demands a strong eye for detail, creativity, and familiarity with early childhood learning principles.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

• Edit and proofread educational content for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and error-free delivery.
• Ensure language is age-appropriate, engaging, and easy to understand for children aged 3–8 years.
• Align all content with National Curriculum Framework 2022 and National Education Policy 2020.
• Create, adapt, and review simple, interactive content such as stories, worksheets, and activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, identifying linguistic and conceptual errors.
• Use AI tools effectively to enhance productivity while ensuring quality, originality, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in editing/proofreading educational content, preferably for early learners.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and age-appropriate content.
• Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and style.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital content creation is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and collaborative skills.
