Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer (Fresher) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in production operations, machine maintenance, process improvement, quality control, and plant activities related to plastic tanks, pipes, and fittings manufacturing. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Assist in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
• Maintain production records, downtime reports, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Assist in quality inspections and root-cause analysis of production issues.
• Support implementation of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial machinery.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical concepts.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
