Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, CRM systems, payment gateway integrations, and database infrastructure.

This role requires strong expertise in frontend and backend development, MongoDB database management, Stripe payment integrations, and seamless cross-platform workflows involving multiple website redirections.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop secure and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

MongoDB Database Management

• Design and maintain MongoDB database architecture.
• Create efficient collections, indexes, and schemas.
• Optimize database performance and data retrieval processes.
• Implement backup, recovery, and data security procedures.

Payment Gateway Integration

• Integrate and maintain payment gateways, including Stripe.
• Develop secure payment processing workflows.
• Handle payment confirmations, webhooks, refunds, and transaction validations.
• Implement multi-step payment flows involving redirection between multiple websites and applications.
• Ensure seamless customer experience during payment processing.

Stripe Integration

• Configure and maintain Stripe payment infrastructure.
• Implement subscription billing, one-time payments, and payment links.
• Manage webhook events and payment status synchronization.
• Monitor and troubleshoot payment-related issues.

CRM Development & Maintenance

• Manage complete CRM development and maintenance.
• Develop customer management modules, lead tracking systems, and workflow automation.
• Create dashboards, reporting systems, and user management controls.
• Implement role-based access and permission management.
• Ensure CRM stability, security, and ongoing enhancements.

API Development & Integrations

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party services and external applications.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Maintain API documentation and version control.

Required SkillsFrontend

Pay: ₹375,575.33 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
