DUCKFAT FriteShack on Washington Ave was started in 2018 by Food and Wine's Best Chef, James Beard winner and three time Chopped Champion Rob Evans and his wife Nancy Pugh. This location houses our production kitchen as well as a food window. DUCKFAT specializes in charcuterie, smoked meats, preservation, fermentation, sandwiches, house-made sodas and our renowned iconic Belgian duck fat fries. We are looking for someone to become part of our serving team. We are a window service spot with some food running to our neighboring location at Oxbow Blending & Bottling. There is an opportunity to work catering events as well.
