Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust web applications from front to back.

This is a primarily on-site position at our office. While we offer flexibility for limited remote work days each month (subject to prior approval), we believe that in-person collaboration drives innovation and strong team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable frontend user interfaces and robust backend services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in constructive code reviews.
• Version Control: Efficiently manage codebases, branching strategies, and pull requests using Git and GitHub.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up with industry best practices and explore innovative ways to optimize our development workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site full-time, with the understanding that remote work is restricted to a few days per month and requires management approval.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React and state management libraries.
• Backend Expertise: Solid experience building APIs and backend services using Python.
• Language Proficiency: Deep understanding and comfort working with TypeScript across the stack.
• Version Control: Advanced proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows (branching, merging, rebasing, and resolving conflicts).

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

• Knowledge of Rust is added advantage.
• Knowledge of running local AI models and agents is added advantage.
• AI-Driven Development: Experience with, or a strong conceptual understanding of, leveraging AI tools and AI agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLM APIs, or automated agentic workflows) to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
