We are an early-stage, fast-moving initiative building a comprehensive, end-to-end digital lending platform. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of building a functional, user-friendly application from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for developing both the customer-facing mobile/web application and the internal management tools. Your core tasks will include:

User & Partner Portals: Building distinct, role-based dashboards for Customers, Admins, and Agents/Partners.

Core Application Flows: Implementing secure Customer Login/Signup and an intuitive Loan Application Tracking system.

Financial Tools: Developing dynamic interactive features, specifically an EMI Calculator and a Loan Eligibility Calculator.

Document Management: Creating seamless, secure workflows for document uploading and cloud storage.

API & Third-Party Integrations: Connecting the app with external Lender APIs, integrating CRM tools for lead management, and setting up automated notifications (SMS, Email, WhatsApp).

Product Ecosystem: Structuring the database and UI to handle multiple financial products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Frontend Development: Strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js. (Experience with React Native for cross-platform app development is a massive plus).

Backend Development: Understanding of Node.js and building RESTful APIs to connect the frontend to our databases.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for clean, documented code management.

Problem-Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to search for solutions, read API documentation, and troubleshoot integrations independently.

Bonus Points: Previous experience or academic projects involving fintech interfaces, secure file uploads, or basic CRM integrations.
