   I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Absolutdata (India) in Dec 2022

   Interview

   Got a call from HR for the open position in the Presales team, the position was for Senior Executive. In the first call with HR which will be an intro and telephonic round, I told HR that I was holding an offer in hand and accordingly told them my expectation, which she was fine with at that time. The HR in the starting was very quick in scheduling all the interviews and giving feedback after every round. There were 3 rounds of interviews 1. Technical Round 2. Managerial Round 3. HR Round After clearing all the rounds, In the HR round, HR told me that Presales Manager was impressed with my interview and offered me the Assistant Manager position. my documents were taken and a new joiner form was also filled but soon after that HR started to ghost me saying that approval was pending from the business, and like that 2 weeks passed. Finally, HR picked up the call and told me that budget is less for the position and hence it's a no. Total waste of effort and harassment for the candidate. I must say that this does not look like a professional company and my experience was extremely bad. They cannot take all my personal documents under the pretext of rolling the offer and then say no after offering a senior position themselves. I would not recommend others to join this company at any cost.
