Hi, it's been 6 years in IBM and current CTC is 6.9 lpa..working as EtL Abinitio data Specialist. I feel I am highly underpaid and looking for additional skillsets. Domain- data warehouse Current skillsets- abinitio , unix, python, mainframes Which skills should I look in same domain for getting ctc 3× or more? or Should I change technology?
